A night shot of our favorite eating place and hotel in Inveresk. This is 2 km from Maddie's University, we went over to see her and had a long weekend here.

It is a lovely place and we really enjoy the peace. It has fields over the road and a lovely view to some of the hills south of Edinburgh.

It's also 5 mins from the beach in Musselburgh where I went to try and get some water shots early on Sunday. No luck. And while I was out Beccy and Sophia (Isabella was staying with her big Sister in halls) were rudely awakened by the fire alarm at 8am on a Sunday.

This is a 3 shot long exposure photorealistic HDR - I have added the stars in the sky and the clouds from other shots I have taken.
A morning reflection of the Tron in in a mirror windowed building in Buchanan Street.

I have to love Glaswegan locals. While I am taking this a young chap in army surplus camoflage and a dodgy hunting hat walks past and kindly advises me to 'watch out takin' pichas as the pole lice will arrest me for being a terrorist!' Life is never dull.

Update, so now a man (apparently another non-terrorist) has barricaded himself in restaurant over the road from here. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-16991511" rel="nofollow">www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-16991511 .
St Andrew's Suspension Bridge sits peacefully over the Clyde at sunrise in late winter. This photo is taken in the other direction from yesterdays and two bridges over to the east.

It is a panorama similar to a single shot I have posted earlier.

This one clearly shows the Clyde Tiger an art project commissioned for the Chinese New Year. Also the giant glass roof of St Enoch's Square is visible a street back from the TIger.
