One of my fav's from York. I have already shared a shot of the blossom against the coloured sunrise sky. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jrmurray/6945264868 This was our first morning on holiday and while the weather was overcast and cloudy there was a brief period where the sun broke through and a lovely atmosphere developed. This is a lovely part of the outskirts of York on the South Western side and York University has a campus nearby. Yesterday's post Heslington Hall is part of the University I think. This is a 12 shot (3 frame) HDR vertorama at the resolution of 7632 x 5534.
Light and dark on the hills on Newton Mearns. We have had lovely sunshine lately. Today it is snowing and I love Scotland for its unpredictability.
An old gnarly tree is bathed in golden light early morning in Newton Mearns. I had a fantastic time last night with Isabella we were filming and photography Maestoso a wood wind ensemble from Williamwood High, their last performance on home soil before travelling to Ireleand and France for performances. Highlights will follow - along with some of the photographs. They are an outstanding group of musicians.
